Texas Mavericks Have Combine

October 11th The Texas Mavericks of the NMLF had their first combine down in San Antonio Texas and the turn-out was great with over 40 players showing up. Mr. Saucedo the owner of the Mavericks and his staff sent the players through a rigorous combine. The players were tested for 40 times, Bench Press, Vertical and other football related test. Once the players were done, and the combine was over, the Mavericks staff evaluated the players against the criteria of the NFL and those players that graded very well, paper work were forwarded to the NMLF Asst Commissioner Stephen Jackson so he could get in contact with several NFL teams for closed door free agent try-outs.
