The NMLF name ex Dallas Cowboy Defensive Back Mario Edwards Director of Football Operations. On October 23rd NMLF Commissioner Lincoln Coleman and Mr. Edwards had a meeting to discuss Mr. Edwards coming on board to be the Director of Football operations and overseeing team structure and team involvement in the NMLF, "The meeting went great! " Mario brings the league another business minded person to the NMLF to help the league grow" Mr. Edwards who was drafted in the 6 round out of Florida State by the Dallas Cowboys in 2000 spent 4 years with the Cowboys starting 47 games 2000-2003, he played in 2004 with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and 2005 with the Miami Dolphins.
